Due to recent public health concerns, we want to let you know NJ Best is actively monitoring information from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as updates from local officials regarding the spread of COVID-19 (Novel Coronavirus disease). As a family-owned and operated company, the health and well-being of our customers, technicians, and office staff remains our top priority.
At this time according to the Department for Homeland Security and The National Irrigation Association, New Jersey Best will remain OPEN for business. If scheduled for service, our technicians will have full protective gear. However if you prefer our technician not enter your home or site, upon arrival they can instruct you on any interior work necessary. Please know that 99% of our work is done from the outside of your property. We continue to monitor and adapt our approach to serve the best interests of our community as information becomes available.
To promote the health and well-being of customers and our team members, we have taken additional precautions to ensure our cleaning and sanitizing procedures are in line with recommendations from the health authorities. These procedures include, but are not limited to:
- Wearing gloves, shoe booties, and masks
- Frequent hand-washing with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds
- Disinfecting our tools and trucks daily
- Increasing the use of hand sanitizer
- Maintaining adequate distance from others
- Avoiding the touching of eyes, nose, and mouth
- Detailed checklists for all routine cleanings ensuring standards are met
In addition, we ask all customers to cancel your appointment if you feel sick or show symptoms of COVID-19. In accordance with the CDC, we also encourage customers and our team members to follow their suggested hygiene practices at all times.
