“Frank arrived at my address on time. Even though I had not yet arrived, he called me and asked if anything needed attention. I informed him about a sprinkler head that was pooling water on my driveway. He fixed the leak and flushed the system, all without my being present. He also did a walk around inspection to assess coverage and noticed that valve cover plates had not been correctly reinstalled after the spring startup service & corrected those two issues as well.
